  • Oral Presentation

    PowerPoint presentations prepared is to be mailed to the conference E-mail id (conference@fibdo.org). It can be submitted on arrival on 10th November 2017 till 10 A.M. to the conference secretariat office. No ppts will be collected there after.

     Rules & regulations for oral presentations:

    PowerPoint presentations to be made in Microsoft Office 2010. Pictures and animation links to the Internet or to other files will NOT be accessible  All movies and hyperlinks used in a presentation should be set to start automatically Use standard Windows fonts only. 24 font sizes can be read easily. The use of your own laptop during your presentation is prohibited.  

    Poster Presentation

    Instructions for Poster Presentations

    The following guidelines will be of help when you prepare your poster presentation.
    Please remember that it is very important that you prepare your poster BEFORE you travel to Phagwara and that you bring it yourself.

    Handouts: Handouts, photocopies of either your individual poster units or the whole presentation reduced to A4 format are generally well appreciated by delegates. If you wish to distribute handouts, you should prepare them beforehand and bring them with you and submit those to the conference secretariat. It’s the responsibility for the Conference secretariat to put them in the delegate bag. We request all participants not to distribute any IEC material individually to any participants in the conference Venue.
    Takeaways: Takeaways if any is to be submitted to the conference secretariat for rational distribution. A separate set is to be submitted for display.

    Poster-session:  The Poster Session will be held on Friday 10th November,2017  from 17.30 – 18.30 hours. All delegates are invited to walk around the poster area to view the posters and to enter into lively and challenging discussions with the poster presenters. Assistance and material for mounting the posters will be available from set-up time at the poster desk in the poster area.

    We will have awards for the 3 Best posters selected by the conference secretariat board.
